Basics

It is important to get all the nutrietns during every meal. I think of having one of the following in every meal:

  • protein (meat, fish, lentils or chikpeas, yogurt)
  • carbs (bread, rice, pasta, …)
  • vitamins (salads, vegetables, nuts)
